What each week held
Withheld: something was read in 1 week of the last 12. A series needs at least 2 to say anything a single reading does not.
What it declares
- AI chat-based trip planning
- Live flight and hotel pricing
- Day-by-day itinerary generation
- Car rentals and private transfers
- Activity and experience booking
- PDF itinerary export
- Price-drop/fare tracking alerts
- Multilingual conversational planning (16 languages)
As the company’s own pages describe it. Forge did not test any of these.
What users raised
- No dark mode / jarring white UI
- Inconsistent/unclear pricing across pages
Themes people raised in public. A complaint is somebody’s opinion, not a measurement of the product.

- COMPLAINTUSER OPINIONSep 30, 2026
One reviewer noted the interface has no dark mode, describing it as jarring enough to want a browser extension to tone down the white background.
A UI/UX gap that could affect user satisfaction and retention.

Layla positions itself as a personal AI travel agent that lets users discover, plan, and book trips via chat, with live pricing on flights, hotels, transports and activities, car rentals and private transfers, and conversational planning available in 16 languages.
Establishes the baseline product scope and positioning against competitors like Mindtrip.
layla.ai/about - PRICINGCOMPANY CLAIMSep 30, 2026
Layla.ai's Premium tier is advertised at $49/year on its FAQ, while other official Layla articles and app-store listings describe a $9.99/month or $49.99/year option instead, with checkout pricing noted as the authoritative figure due to country/currency/tax variation.
Buyers comparing Layla's price will see inconsistent figures depending on which page they land on, which could affect trust and conversion.
