Only holidays landing on a working day are listed. Where a country moves one that falls on a weekend onto a weekday, the moved date is what appears, marked observed; where it does not, the holiday costs the window nothing and is left out.

What the holiday dates exclude

Coverage is national. Regional, state, municipal and religious holidays are not in these numbers, and neither are company shutdown days or collective-agreement days off unless the note below says otherwise. Every date is computed from a rule rather than fetched, so it holds for any year — but a rule cannot know about a one-off national holiday declared for a royal jubilee or a funeral.

United Kingdom
England and Wales bank holidays. Scotland (2 January, the first Monday in August, St Andrew's Day) and Northern Ireland (St Patrick's Day, the Battle of the Boyne) differ, and Easter Monday is not a bank holiday in Scotland. One-off royal bank holidays cannot be derived from a rule and are excluded.
Germany
The nine nationwide holidays only. Many German holidays are set per Bundesland — Epiphany, Corpus Christi, Assumption, Reformation Day, All Saints and Repentance Day among them — so a Bavarian or Saxon team loses more days than this shows. Germany has no weekend substitution: a holiday falling on a Saturday or Sunday is simply lost.

Against 504 available person-days rather than the 520 the plan assumed. Turning those into points needs a points-per-day pace, and the only honest source for one is your own last few sprints — without them, this shows the person-days and stops there.

Holiday dates are computed from rules rather than fetched from a list, so they hold for any year — but coverage is national only, and each country’s exclusions are spelled out beside the result. The commitment check is arithmetic on the numbers you enter plus the sprint totals you give us. No cross-team benchmark stands behind it, because none exists: nobody can tell you how often commitments like yours land elsewhere, and a number that claimed to would be invented.
